چکیده
In this study, the effects of deficit water (DW) (normal=control, ½ reduced and 3/4 reduced) some beneficial rhizobacteria (Azospirillum lipoferum, Bacillus megaterium) microalgae (Chlorella saccharophilia) on growth physiological parameters fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) were investigated. The experiment was carried out in a fully controlled climate cabinet with 3 replications factorial order according to Random Plots Trial Design. Fenugreek plant used as material. study aims investigate different treatments reducedand (Control=R0, Azospirillum lipoferum=R1, megaterium=R2) saccharophilia=R3) development fenugreek. irrigation practices stem length, root fresh dry weight, leaf area found be statistically significant. As doses increased, all decreased. Root age weight significantly affected applications. highest length (19.32 cm) wet (1.34 g) (0.18 obtained from megaterium

Effect of Soaking and Germination on Nutrient and Antinutrient Contents of Fenugreek (trigonella Foenum Graecum L.)
Fenugreek seeds (raw, soaked and germinated) were analyzed for their chemical composition. Raw fenugreek seeds contained higher amount of dietary jiber 46.50% followed by 42.12% in soaked seeds and 32.50% in germinated seeds. Soaking reduced the level of total soluble sugars, reducing sugars, nonreducing sugars, dietary fiber and improved the protein and starch digestibility and availability of...
متن کاملEffect of Foliar Application of Salicylic Acid on Yield, Yield Components and Essential Oil of Fenugreek (Trigonella Foenum-Graecum L.) under Water Deficit Conditions
Salicylic acid is an important signal molecule modulating plant responses to abiotic (drought) stresses. A pot factorial experiment based on completely randomized design with three replications was carried out to investigate the effect of salicylic acid on yield and essential oil content of fenugreek under water deficit conditions. Factors were two irrigation levels (50 and 100% of field capaci...
متن کاملEffect of fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) intake on glycemia: a meta-analysis of clinical trials
BACKGROUND AND AIM Fenugreek is a herb that is widely used in cooking and as a traditional medicine for diabetes in Asia. It has been shown to acutely lower postprandial glucose levels, but the long-term effect on glycemia remains uncertain. We systematically reviewed clinical trials of the effect of fenugreek intake on markers of glucose homeostasis. METHODS PubMed, SCOPUS, the Cochrane Tria...
متن کاملFertigation effect of distillery effluent on agronomical practices of Trigonella foenum-graecum L. (Fenugreek).
The fertigation effect of distillery effluents concentrations such as 5%, 10%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% were studied on Trigonella foenu-graecu (Pusa early bunching) along with control (bore well water). On irrigation of soil with different effluents up to 90 days of harvesting, it was observed that there was a significant effect on moisture content (P < 0.001), EC, pH, Cl(-), total organic carbo...
متن کاملInfluence of Different Seeding Dates on Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) Forage Yield and Nutritive Value
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) is used as medicinal plant in many Asian countries and has been reported to have forage quality similar to alfalfa. Fenugreek is an annual crop and may have the potential to diversify forage production systems in the central High Plains. This study evaluated forage dry matter (DM) production and the nutritive value of three fenugreek cultivars as influen...
